Gottwood FestivalNews

Everyone here at Gottwood feel very honoured to be included in the Sunday Times Style ‘Summer Loving’ article this weekend… Their apt description of the festival sat along side Sonar, Festival Number 6, Lounge On The Farm, Bestival, Cornbury, Wilderness and Howthelightsgetin…

Art Grants

Gottwood FestivalNews

Gottwood isn’t all about the music. Those who have visited previously know its also about the food and the arts. We have an amazing canvas (the woods) and our artists always do a great job with brining it to life.

This year however we have a number of small grants available to artists, painters, sculptors and just free thinkers that have a creative idea they think would fit well on the canvas of Gottwood.

The Wild Things

Gottwood FestivalNews

So, what does that mean? No, we’re not going to be re-creating Maurice Sendak’s 1963 picture book by bringing monsters into the woods, and we’re not here to interpret anything for you, but as far as we’re concerned – you are ‘The Wild Things’, and this theme is a reinvigoration, a celebration and most importantly an exploration of your imagination.

Ben UFO Interview & Fabriclive Mix

Gottwood FestivalNews

We are excited to bring Ben to the woods in June, but we honestly don’t know what to expect… He has recently released a Fabriclive mix and his Hessel Audio imprint is moving from strength to strength.

He doesn’t produce, he is known for his expansive record collection and also for his ability to seamlessly move between genres mid set. It’s going to be an interesting few hours when he steps up to the plate at Gottwood!
