Gottwood Ticket Terms & Conditions

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase tickets via www.ra.co for Gottwood Festival. Please read this Policy carefully before ordering any tickets, making a purchase from Resident Advisor for Gottwood Festival indicates that you accept these terms. In a case of conflict between these terms and Resident Advisors specific ticketing terms and conditions these terms take precedent:

  • Please check your e-Tickets immediately when you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  • Once your booking is completed you will not be able to cancel your tickets. Administration / booking fees cannot be refunded.
  • Future Noise Ltd trading as Gottwood Festival (The ‘Promoter’) will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
  • Tickets are resold entirely at the risk of the original and new bearers, the ticket outlet accepts no responsibility for problems arising from third party transactions.
  • You must be in possession of a valid e-Ticket to enter the event.
  • It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note that the Promoter cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
  • Tickets are transferable for a wristband on arrival at the festival site, and there will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost or damaged.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. There will be a random body search on admission policy in operation. It is a condition of entry to the Festival that you will submit to any reasonable search request.
  • The performers, advertised attractions, festival site, and site location are subject to change, and no refunds or exchange tickets will be offered if any of these change prior to the festival date.
  • Patrons will not be permitted entry to the Festival whilst in the possession of the following prohibited items: any professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment, items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner, alcoholic drinks, cans, glass bottles, foodstuffs.
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.
  • Unauthorised photography or audio/video recording of any performance at the Festival is strictly prohibited. Persons attending the Festival may be filmed, photographed or recorded as part of the audience. This media is owned by the Promoter and may be used for any promotional material. By attending the event you consent the Promoter permission to use this media.
  • The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.  Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour shall enable the Promoter to eject you from the venue.
  • The Promoter cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries sustained at the Festival, including loss or damage to property, howsoever caused – including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, howsoever caused.
  • Tickets are sold on the understanding that the event is subject to licence from the appropriate authorities.
  • Due to licensing restrictions, absolutely no caravans / campervans will be allowed on site.
  • In a stand against ticketing touting any tickets exchanged or sold without prior consent from the festival or Resident Advisor will not be valid on entry, we only accept original tickets from the original purchaser and tickets will be validated against the purchasers ID on entry. If you would like to transfer your ticket to a third party please contact ticketsupport@residentadvisor.co.uk where we can arrange for the transfer to be validated and executed.
  • WARNING: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
  • Future Noise Ltd is a VAT registered business and as such VAT will be included within the price of your ticket. Should you wish to receive a VAT receipt then you may request one by emailing info@gottwood.co.uk
